Shipping Policy
**Domestic Orders:**
We take pride in our ability to process orders swiftly. Our current processing times for domestic orders range from 1-2 business days. However, please consider additional shipping days due to national holidays, inclement weather, courier strikes.
*Orders made before 17.00 on weekdays are delivered next day within NL/BE ONLY
*Shipping Methods (Estimated Delivery Times):*
- DHL 1-2 business days (domestic)
- PostNL 1-2 business days (domestic)
- DHL 2-5 business days (Europe, excluding NL/BE/DE)
*Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:*
You will receive an email confirming shipment as soon as your order is dispatched, including your tracking number(s). The tracking number should become active within 48 hours of receiving the email. If you haven't received an update on tracking within 3 business days (domestic) or 10 business days (international), please contact our customer service.
*Damage:*
Prescents will replace orders damaged during the shipping process. If you receive a product that doesn't work due to shipping-related damage, please contact our customer service within 3 business days of receiving your order.
*Lost or Stolen Orders:*
Prescents does not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders confirmed by the courier as lost or stolen. Prescents may, at its discretion, provide a sworn statement in case a replacement is necessary.
*Customs and Duties on International Orders:*
Prescents assumes responsibility for customs and duties on international orders. Verified customs fees or import duties imposed by the destination country upon the order's arrival may be eligible for reimbursement by Prescents. Contact our Customer Service if you encounter such customs or import duties.
