What are Designer inspired parfumes?
Dupe perfumes are scents that closely resemble popular luxury perfumes but are sold at a much more affordable price. These perfumes are inspired by the fragrance of well-known brands.

Does the perfume really last the entire day?
Yes! Our team of perfumers dedicates all their time to developing the best formulas. We use only the finest ingredients to ensure that the fragrance lasts throughout the day.

How should I store my perfumes?
Kindly be aware that, like all fragrances, it is essential to store them away from direct sunlight and from extreme heat/cold conditions. Failing to do so may impact the quality of your product.

What are the shipping costs?
For orders above €35, we offer free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders below this amount, a standard shipping fee applies.

What is the delivery time for my order?
Orders made on weekdays before 17:00 will be delivered the following day. Please be aware that this does not apply during weekends and public holidays. The delivery duration may vary based on your location and any possible delays with the courier service.

Is it possible to return a product?
We welcome returns within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the products remain unopened and in their original condition. For additional details, please consult our return policy.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue ASAP
